By accessing or using Austral Sky's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Beta Program

Austral Sky is currently in private beta. By joining the beta program, you acknowledge that:

• The service is under active development and may change
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Pricing during beta is estimated and may change for the production release

3. The Service

Austral Sky provides remote astrophotography services through a telescope located in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. Our service includes:

• Selection of astronomical targets from our catalog
• Remote imaging sessions through our telescope
• Live session monitoring
• Delivery of captured images

4. Weather and Conditions

Astrophotography is weather-dependent. Sessions may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to clouds, wind, poor seeing conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Our goal is to make the experience fair and transparent—you pay for effective imaging time, not time lost to poor conditions.

5. Pricing

During the beta period, estimated pricing is from $20 USD per effective imaging hour. Final pricing may change based on operational costs, equipment, and user feedback. You will be clearly informed of any charges before they are applied.

6. Image Ownership and Usage

Images captured during your sessions are yours to use, share, and process as you wish. You retain full rights to your captured data. We may request permission to use selected images for promotional purposes, but this is always optional.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Austral Sky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
